Now Hiring - Sales Representative in Kyle, TX

A Sales Representative will be selling into accounts while maximizing sales and building customer relations. You will work to achieve sales goals and earn bonuses and incentives. Merchandising and building displays will be key distribution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  Must determine and maintain the proper scheduling of the route to ensure timely delivery of product and avoid out of stocks.
• Maintain good rotation of stock, fill shelves, face and front cold box and hot shelf.
• Seek out new opportunities in every account (i.e., displays, P.O.S).
• Maintain and build inventory to each account.
• Sell in product that is on promotion and have knowledge of packaging in every account.
• Balance time spent in each account against the potential of the account.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Must be licensed to drive a motor vehicle and maintain insurability to drive company vehicles.
• Be licensed by T.A.B.C. to sell alcoholic beverages.
• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposure to weather and temperature variations.
